Chapel Hill's first stage apartments launch in Perth's Como
Baptist Development Australia has launched the first stage of its much anticipated new apartment development in Como.
Chapel Hill, between Neil McDougall Park and the Swan River, will comprise 224 apartments across two buildings, as well as an activated ground plane with retail and food and beverage tenancies.
The first stage release is of the first building, Promontory Apartments, which has 87 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across 10 levels.
The collection of apartments have been designed with an Art Deco influence, configured to maximise internal space, while creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas.
Chapel Hill has also been designed as an environmentally sustainable development, resulting in cheaper energy and water bills, making the homes more affordable to run.
Como's core values revolve around inclusiveness, wellness, and fostering a sense of belonging for residents. As such, the developers have created an array of wellness spaces that serve as an extensions of the homes at Chapel Hill. There'll be a community garden, along with a coffee deck, rooftop, and body space.
Given the apartments have just been released, buyers have the opportunity to purchase with a full 100 per cent stamp duty concessions, capped at $50,000. The stamp duty concessions are only in place until construction starts, which is expected to be early to mid-2024.
