The penthouse atop the Greenland Centre, Sydney's tallest residential tower, has hit the market following its 2021 completion.

The King Penthouse is expected to fetch up to $30 million through Gavin Rubinstein.

The penthouse has 674 sqm of internal space across the top two floors of the tower at 115 Bathurst Street.

Keeping to the style of the global citizen, the penthouse has been reimagined and injected with a new level of luxury by Cohen Freeman, founded by buyer’s agent to the stars Simon Cohen and interior designer and art collector Jack Freeman.

Cohen and Freeman's newest venture was created as a turn-key provider for luxury uber-exclusive private residences, off the plan residential projects and new developments in leading cities of the world including Sydney, London, Dubai, New York, Los Angeles and Singapore where hotel-living has become the future of buying and selling real estate.

The King Penthouse, 83 levels from the ground, offers 360-degree views across all of Sydney’s skyline and out to the ocean.

Cohen Freeman was tasked by Greenland to deliver a fully turn-key residence which includes over $2 million worth of collectible and limited edition furniture and design pieces, priceless fine art and sculpture, silk rugs and bedding, a fully stocked 350-bottle Penfolds grange wine cellar, dinnerware and glassware by Hermes and Baccarat and a garage featuring a brand new Rolls Royce Spectre, McLaren supercar and Bentley GTC.

The residence also has the option to include the current $1.5 million wardrobe on display, featuring an impressive collection of rare exotic and limited-edition Hermes Kelly and Birkin bags, fine jewellery and haute couture pieces from Three Over Six, the prestigious global personal shopper to some of the world’s most discerning royal families and high-net-worth individuals.

“From a young age I have always been inspired by the idea of living out a life well designed, well travelled and well lived," Freeman says.

"When Simon Cohen and I recently launched Cohen Freeman after years of working together on projects where he negotiated and closed deals on securing enviable new development sites and my team re-designed them from scratch, we were excited to take creating an ultra-luxury curated lifestyle to new heights."

Cohen says that while the tower is in the centre of Sydney’s hub, it remains so quiet up in the sky. $30 million penthouse listed atop Greenland Centre on Hyde Park

"We were inspired by the landscape and the tones and hues throughout the residence offer different moods as you transition through each area. From the bold entry that feels like you are at an exhibition at the Gagosian New York, to the dark and atmospheric powder room lined in Verde Marble to the Great Room with its impressive terrace, it's truly a home in the sky."
