Sydney-based property finance and development company, Moshav Financial, has released the vision for its fourth luxury residential project in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Located in upmarket Vaucluse, Hillside will comprise just four residences designed by renowned architecture firm Luigi Rosselli Architects

There are two freestanding six-bedroom homes, Terreno, which is Italian for Earth, and Mare, translated to sea. Two semi-detached residences, Cielo (Sky) and Luce (Light) each have four-bedrooms and outdoor areas that celebrate the Harbour views.

Inspired by his childhood memories of holidays in Italy, Rosselli has designed the modern residences with feature columns recalling the Acropolis, and carefully crafted details such as handmade terracotta brise soleil that frame the views.

Tal Silberman, Group Managing Director of Moshav Financial, said Hillside will feature the exemplary design and craftmanship that is a hallmark of the company’s elite Eastern Suburbs projects.

“These residences needed to be designed to reflect and showcase their exceptional location, and so we wanted a design that not only elevated the area, but truly maximised every potential view of Sydney Harbour,” Silberman said.

“Our goal is to create an address of enduring stature, with residences hat are architecturally significant, and which stand as trophy homes for generations to come.

“It’s not often you have the opportunity to develop a project of this magnitude, so we have also collaborated with partners that we know will deliver these residences to the standard this project deserves.”

Moshav Financial has appointed Lords Group as the project’s builder partner, after the two companies worked closely on AYA Penthouse Bondi Beach and Verdical Bondi Junction.

Interior designer Tania Handelsmann, from award-winning firm Handelsmann + Khaw, has been selected to deliver interiors that marry the contemporary with the timeless. Handelsmann was named as one of Vogue Living’s Top 50 Designers in both 2023 and 2024.

“Every element at Hillside has been specified to the highest standards, with unique and meticulously crafted features including sculptural marble benchtops and luxurious bespoke joinery," Handelsmann said.

“We’ve sought to bring the project vision into every detail of the interior design, to create a polished yet accessible brand of heritage-informed elegance, with cleverly curated furnishings, surfaces and details adding further depth, charm and classic romanticism.”

Eddie Mansour, Ray White Projects Managing Partner who is handling the sales of Hillside, says it offers a rare chance for discerning purchasers to secure an elite home in one of the city’s most prestigious suburbs, located in a private pocket that overlooks the glittering city.

“Everything about Hillside is unrivalled, and this project will be ideal for those who seek the comforts of a resort lifestyle at home, and who appreciate the finer details of these residences both inside and out,” Mansour said.

“With a highly desirable Eastern Suburbs lifestyle literally on their doorstep, featuring Sydney’s world-renowned beaches, dining and entertainment options, luxury shopping, and all the lifestyle touches you find in the east, Hillside’s lucky future homeowners will enjoy an incomparable existence.

“We anticipate we’ll receive plenty of interest from the cream of Sydney’s high net worth crowd, because Hillside is going to set a stunning benchmark for luxury living, not only in Sydney, but also internationally, as it gets set to make its mark in real estate history.”
