They&#39;ve lodged plans for a mixed-use development at&nbsp;58-60 Crosby Road in Albion, in Brisbane&#39;s north-east.

Dubbed Euroa, the project has been designed by&nbsp;Altis Architecture and will comprise&nbsp;76 apartments, with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.

&ldquo;The proposed design has taken a sensitive approach in respecting the industrial heritage significance of the existing site. The distinct angular roof form and brick palette of the existing industrial building have been reflected in the proposal by incorporating brick feature walls and overclad elements along the street frontage within the planting areas.&rdquo;
