Hope Island developer Sheida Group is bringing something new to the downsizer market on one of the smallest islands on the Gold Coast waterways.

Their Marina Point development, on one of the last&nbsp;remaining undeveloped sites on <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/hope-island-qld">Hope Island</a>, offers 199 apartments across four buildings, ranging in height from three to nine levels.

Local owner-occupiers and downsizers have shown the greatest interested in the project so far, with two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus study, and three-bedroom apartments all on offer.
