A limited series of just 20 apartments, La Storia&nbsp;is a considered residential building designed to pay homage to both Carlton and Italy.

M3 Design, led by father and son, Frank and Gianni Mancuso, are behind the interiors, delivering a range of three-bedroom apartments within Marcocci Property Group&rsquo;s development.

Each residence prioritises natural light and airflow, with functionality at the heart of each floor plan. The design has been inspired by the designs of the late legendary&nbsp;Venetian architect Carlo Scarpa.

The exterior takes on a monolithic presence to reflect the idea of immutability, with finer details of honed stone carrying Scarpa&rsquo;s legacy with mixing the old and the new. The development has four different&nbsp;residences available; Residenza Lusso, Residenza Centro, Residenza Giardini, and Residenza Allegria.
