Boutique property developers PYCO Group has named Brick Constructions as their builder for their latest residential development in Albion, which is due to commence soon.&nbsp;

The group are no strangers to Brisbane's inner city, having completed The Bailey apartments in the burgeoning West End.&nbsp;

Nouveau will deliver 42 apartments to the up and coming riverside suburb, which has been on the radar for many buyers due to the area's growing nightlife scene which is centred on a stretch of former warehouses featuring craft breweries and pubs with a trendy, laid-back atmosphere.&nbsp;
