Carringbush Pty Ltd

Carringbush is an Australian, family-owned business that was founded by Malcolm and Kerry Bishop in 1976. The group owns and manages a balanced portfolio of commercial properties diversified across office, industrial, and retail assets.

Carringbush takes a collaborative approach to the management of each property via the Kermal Investment Hub, which has been created as an off-shoot of Carringbush to embark on its own property investments and developments.

With a focus on delivering residential and industrial developments as well as land subdivisions, Carringbush is currently developing 448-450 Lygon Street in Brunswick East, a six-level mid-rise designed by Shouman.
