Founded in 1979, Delmo Group is an Australian property and infrastructure development firm that has won a range of national and international awards in waterfront development, urban design, eco-sustainability, and heritage protection.

The Delmo Group has recently worked on large-scale, diversified opportunities within the international arena, particularly in South America, with a focus on Argentina.

Two of Delmo's most recent projects include the Helm, a four-level low-rise located at 1 Cook Street in Hawthorn, and a second Helm project located at 300 Burwood Road, also in Hawthorn, both of which have been designed by Stokes Architects.
