HWD Australia

HWD Australia is a privately owned, Melbourne-based property development group founded in 2008. HWD specialise in residential apartments and develop sites acquired in conjunction with site owners to provide a turnkey property development service. Their focus is on developing medium-density apartments and development projects.

Recent HDW building projects include the Riva Hawthorn, a seven-level mid-rise building located at 2 Tweed Street, Hawthorne, and SK1, a six level, mid-rise, residential apartment complex, situated at 10 Martin Street, St Kilda.
