JSK Property is a development company that exists for the Union Tower project located at 296-300 Little Lonsdale Street in Melbourne. This high-rise project features 35 levels with 165 residences.

Union Tower features an exterior made of wall-to-ceiling glass with just five apartments per floor. It features amenities including a gym, sky lounge, and outdoor terrace area, as well as barbecue facilities and private workspaces.

The interiors offer city skyline views on the balcony, a private laundry, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, with all apartments offering built-in-robes and timber floorboards. The project was designed by Rothelowman and is being built by Watpac.
