The company began in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne with small, boutique residential and mixed-use developments expanding to larger commercial projects which included the redevelopment of 99 Queen Street and 260 Apartments in River Street in Hawthorn.

LAS Group is currently developing One Wellington at 1 Wellington Street in St Kilda and The Fawkner at 499 St Kilda Road in Melbourne
