Mider is a privately owned Australian property development company founded in 1995 by Anton Wilson. The company specialises in high quality, eco-friendly, affordable, owner-occupied properties as well as entry-level investments for the local and overseas markets.

Mider has a number of projects around Victoria. They oversaw the construction of Grand 8 Melbourne, a twelve-floor mid-rise holding 54 residencies located at 263 Franklin Street, Melbourne. They also developed the Noble 8, two low-rise buildings consisting of four levels and 83 living spaces.
