Newmark Capital have built their company around the strategic selection and long term hold of premium commercial property. Started by Chris Langford and Simon T. Morris in 2011, Newmark Capital Limited focuses on acquisition, investment, operational management, and development of commercial property as well as management.

Newmark's current development is 500 Chapel Street in South Yarra, which is composed of four separate buildings of 7, 9, 9, 15 levels, respectively. The project has been designed by Bates Smart and built by Leonard Design Architects.
