Protec Property Group

Protec Construction function in all areas of construction, contract types, and contract management. They also utilise a collection of sub-contractors to augment their in-house capabilities, from concept to completion.

Their current projects start with the ILLUSSO at 63-65 Earl Street in Kew, a boutique development consisting of 17 high-end apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom residences in Kew’s blue-chip northern quarter. Designed by Melbourne architects Ascui & Co, Illusso has a total project value of $17.5m.

Their second project is The Dux at 2-6 Duckett Street in Brunswick, another boutique development of 33 apartments all with off-street parking plus two retail shops. The Dux has a total project value of $18m.
