In 1968, his daughter, Lorna Rouch (nee Punton), and a lifelong Ivanhoe resident, acquired <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/ivanhoe-vic">103-109 Upper Heidelberg Road</a>, with the location becoming home to the shoe business, and still occupied by Punton and Rouch family businesses. Now the <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/ivanhoe-vic">Heidelberg Road site</a> is set for 27 modern apartments above ground floor retail.
