The company has recently constructed Archer Footscray, a single four-floor low-rise residential building housing 19 dwellings addressed at 61 Droop Street in Footscray. The company has also collaborated on Bell, a four-level low rise development containing 45 residences located at 450 Bell Street in Preston.
