Sunvale Development

Sunvale Development is a Melbourne-based property development company that has lodged a planning application for a 170m-high residential tower.

The 55-storey tower will feature 361 apartments at 65-71 Haig Street and has been designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects. The development will offer one and two-bedroom designs, with 134 one-bedroom apartments and 227 two-bedroom apartments.

The building has a gross floor area of 32, 262.7sqm with 376sqm of residential common area, 118sqm of retail space, and 93 car parks. The site was formerly a double-storey commercial building and vacant open-air car park.
