TRC Synergy Berhad, also known as 'TRCS,' is an investment holding company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 2002 with subsidiaries that are involved in construction, property development, homebuilder as well as hospitality business in Malaysia and Australia.

The company's core operating subsidiary, Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd was formed in 1984 to fulfil the growing needs for contractors for road, infrastructure and building works mainly for the public sector.

The Group’s first foray into Australia was in 2009 with a 1/3 stake in Pretty Sally Holdings Pty Ltd, a property developer with development rights to 133-ha Springridge Estate in Wallan. Their most recent developments are the East Edge Botanicca at 588 Swan Street in Burnley and Element Melbourne Richmond at the same address.
