Gday, i have a 235sqmeter corner block in Brunswick. Local council says that it has a 17m height limit, which means 5 storeys. I'm thinking about a joint venture with this. A builder/developer doing the construction while i supply the land. Has anyone else had experience with something like this? Any other ideas welcome.
