Just out of curiosity, do you guys have any requirements of what constitutes a large enough development to be included in you project database and be worth posted on the forum?

There's a couple of "large" projects within the Boroondara area that I'm aware of which I'm unsure of if they qualify.

Such as this one below at 727 Riversdale Road or KUD's controversial design for an apartment project next to Canterbury station amongst many others.

no hard and fast rules apply but three levels is the minimum so the above would slot in easily, same goes for forum. If we can't/don't see it and it appears on the forum, it will go in

Another of the squadron of tall residential towers dotting the CBD's northern expanses has topped out. Empire Melbourne is a predominantly precast monolith highlighted by vertical gold fins set at different angles. Head contractor Probuild last week took Empire Melbourne to its high point, topping out the tower with the final level completed.
