PDG Corporation

Market Presence:

The PDG Group of Companies endeavour to create environments that our clients love to live in and buildings of architectural merit, which add value to the city’s urban character. We have been doing this for 30 years and will constantly strive to provide our clients with the best possible locations, properties and service.

PDG is a privately owned, Melbourne property developer of residential and commercial property. We have brought to life some of Melbourne’s best residential developments including Prima Pearl in Southbank, Abode318 on Russell Street and the 501 Swanston Street office tower.

More than a property developer

PDG has a start-to-finish delivery model, managing each project through from site selection and planning, design development, sales, marketing and construction management through to post-settlement services.

PDG has established a range of associated businesses to ensure that our high levels of customer service can be carried through to assist our clients in all of their property needs. Our network of companies enables us to provide our clients with real-estate, financial and owners’ corporation management services protecting the value of their asset well into the future and ensuring they receive the best possible return on their investment.

In addition, Disegno Australia, PDG’s in-house design practice, is involved in the architectural and interior design process for all PDG projects. Disegno Australia assist PDG purchasers by providing further personalisation of their apartment in regards to layout and design. This ranges from simple requests to major design changes like joining multiple apartments together.

We develop with our client front of mind

With each building we develop, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. 80% of our customers are repeat purchasers or have been referred to us by a family member or friend.

Our focus is purely on developing the best possible properties to contribute only quality buildings to Melbourne’s landscape. We are Melbourne born, raised and focussed which helps us to inject our passion for the city and local knowledge into each development.

Each building is unique, having been designed on its own merits to suit the local market of owner occupiers, but also to deliver good investment opportunities.

Working with the best

We work with companies that share our vision and passion for quality. Be it joint venture partners, builders or architectural firms, we only work with the best to ensure that the level of innovation and quality our clients are used to is continued through each new project we embark on.

Ryan & Leveson

Ryan & Leveson is located on the corner of Leveson Street and Ryans Lane in North Melbourne, a leisurely 10 minutes stroll from the Melbourne CBD. An address of this prestige warrants a residential building that is, put simply, a cut above the rest. Space, beauty, texture, light and serenity are hallmarks of the design brief and have been delivered with an attention to detail and a commitment to enduring quality.

Ryan & Leveson was designed by PDG's in-house architectural practice, Disegno Australia. Their attention to every small detail and a luxurious finishing touch, elevate the apartments from a simple residence to a comfortable and relaxing home. Green leafy outlooks from every window, deep terraces, a luxe lobby with bespoke Italian tiles and natural stone flooring, German tapware and appliances, dark marbled stone benchtops, and custom joinery providing storage solutions in all the right places are just some of the small luxuries which set Ryan & Leveson apart.

On level 9, all tower residents  have access to a range of facilities including a 25 pool and fully-equipped gymnasium, a virtual golf driving range, private cinema, games room, dining room with adjoining catering kitchen, lounges and meeting rooms.
