The development seeks to construct 151 apartments across two buildings.  The first building will include 75 units - 16 one-bedroom apartments, 43 two-bedroom apartments and 15 three-bedroom apartments.

The second building will host 76 apartments with the following configurations: 14 one-bedroom apartments, 47 two-bedroom apartments and 15 three-bedroom apartments.

Both buildings combined will host two levels of basement car parking for 188 vehicles.
