Kingscliff, the picturesque coastal township in the NSW Northern Rivers region near the Queensland border, is set to receive a rare injection of brand new apartments with the launch of Kai Kingscliff.

Kai Kingscliff, just 14 three and four-bedroom apartments, offers local downsizers the first opportunity in a long time to downsize into a brand new apartment. It is being developed by Northern New South Wales and South East Queensland developer Holm Developments.

Holm Developments, led by Godfrey Esmonde, are behind the Casuarina apartment development PAMA Casuarina, Ascot Row in Brisbane's affluent Ascot area, and Honu, a luxury project in Moffat Beach on the Sunshine Coast.

Kai Kingscliff blends the rainforest and the beach, located just a few metres from the untouched Dreamtime Beach.

Crafted by the acclaimed Tim Stewart Architects, Kai Kingscliff features generous floor plans and expansive balconies with impressive frontage.

The open-plan living and dining areas open to a full-frontage balcony with rainforest views, while smaller private balconies from the bedrooms face the streetscape.

Each spacious apartment abounds in elegant interiors and premium finishes bathed in natural light and fresh air directly flowing in and out of the home through full-height glazed windows—complemented by ducted air-conditioning. Warm, engineered timber flooring throughout the home connects and brings the outside in.

Kitchens and bathrooms are well-appointed by natural stone benchtops and brushed nickel tapware, complete with high-quality Miele appliances.

The bedrooms are designed with a light touch, prioritising comfort and rest with their unassuming white walls and soft carpeting. The master bedroom, with an open walk-in closet and an ensuite, is seamlessly connected to a balcony overlooking Murphys Road.

Residents will have exclusive access to a resort-style pool and leisure area, outdoor shower, well-appointed lobby and bike or surfboard storage on the ground level of Kai, as well as secure car parking and private storage facilities in the basement.

Kai Kingscliff is just a short stroll from Kingscliff's charming township, with easy access to the M1 and the Gold Coast Airport in 15 minutes.

Kai Kingscliff has already secured approval and construction funding, with the expectation of commencing construction early next year. Completion is slated for Easter 2025.
