Arncliffe is soon set to land a new residential apartment building.
Despite the number of developers and builder falling short in the current construction crisis, developer builders TQM Group have been powering through, with the group’s latest project to deliver a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Ventura Residences features 83 spacious and light-filled apartments across eight levels, centrally positioned in the heart of Arncliffe
Guided by the concepts of space, quality and luxury, each apartment at Ventura features oversized living spaces, heigh-ceilings, and ducted air-conditioning.
Ventura comprises 34 one-bedroom, 47 two-bedroom and four three-bedroom apartments, with the open-plan kitchens the heart of the homes, complete with SMEG appliances and LED lighting, as well as Parisi tapware in a brushed nickel finish.

Apartments spill out onto generously sized balconies, with a majority benefiting from sweeping views of Botany Bay and the Sydney skyline.
A childcare centre is set to fill some of the ground floor space of the site, while crowning the building will be a communal residential space, featuring a landscaped garden and barbecue facilities.
Sitting just a five-minute walk from Arncliffe station, residents can commute to the CBD in just 15-minutes, while the site also sits nearby to some of Sydney’s major arterial roads, such as the M5, which offers convenient access to Sydney Airport.
