Alroe Constructions to build Ocean Suites on Jennifer in Runaway Bay
Construction of a new collection of exclusive waterfront villas in Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast will kick off in the next few weeks.
Alroe Constructions has been appointed by Sand Side Developments to build Ocean Suites on Jennifer, their $23 million project on Jennifer Avenue.
Four of the seven villas have been sold in the Runaway Bay project which has been designed by Stuart Osman.
Ocean Suites features seven four-level villas, each with a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, alfresco dining and a bar, a pontoon with direct access to the Broadwater, and a private Italian five-person lift.
NPA Director Andrew Erwin says the appointment of Alroe Constructions marks a significant milestone for the development which is now well on its way to beginning construction.
“Ocean Suites on Jennifer is a bespoke development with four levels of opulent waterfront living that offers an elevated lifestyle by the ocean,” Erwin says, calling the project a "haven for boaties and water lovers."
"The Broadwater is arguably one of the Gold Coast’s largest and most amazing natural assets and Ocean Suites boasts absolute Broadwater frontage.

Each villa ranges in size from 345 sqm to 388 sqm and has four ensuite bedrooms, two living areas, features like natural stone, wool carpets, and brushed brass finishes throughout, and two entertaining areas including a 10.5m wide undercover patio area, plunge pool, outdoor shower and fire pit area.
The appointed builder, award-winning Alroe Constructions has over 75 combined years of experience building renowned projects on the Gold Coast specialising in high-end townhouses, multi-residential developments, and commercial buildings.
Alroe Constructions Director Tye Alroe says Ocean Suits on Jennifer is in a league of its own with a smorgasbord of stand-out features, high-end finishes, and an air of contemporary elegance.

Each villa at Ocean Suites on Jennifer is fully equipped with smart home technology offering control over lighting, air conditioning, the video intercom system, and the garage.
Located within the northern Gold Coast suburb of Runaway Bay, the development is 300 metres by canal to the Broadwater by boat or jet ski or just an 80-metre walk to an exclusive beach by the Broadwater.
Ocean Suites on Jennifer is expected to be complete come mid-2025 with the remaining villas starting from $3,395,000.
