Bassar Group launch Eternity, the sister apartment development to Infinity Broadbeach

Following hot on the heels of Bassar Construction Group’s sell-out success project, Infinity, the group has launched its sister development on a prime beachside site in Broadbeach. 

Hutchinson Builders are due to complete work on Infinity in the second quarter of 2023 before moving on to start construction on Eternity, which has been designed by the award-winning Plus Architecture. 

Conceived as a slender and coastal-inspired tower, the building will be interwoven with elements of nature. 

Lush landscaping and perimeter planting is set to don the ground level of the development, with Bassar’s Leo Sarris saying they want people to feel a connection to nature the moment they enter Eternity. 

“We want people to feel that connection to nature from the moment they step inside the grounds, from the comfort of their living spaces, and from their balconies facing the ocean,” he said. 

“Even though Broadbeach is an inner-city suburb, you have this wonderful foreshore and the beach right there on the doorstep.”

The project will deliver 88 apartments across 35 levels, in addition to a full level dedicated to residential amenity, including a pool, gym, yoga lawn, an outdoor deck with barbecue facilities, a private dining room, and a business centre to cater for remote workers. 

A mix of floorplans will be on offer at Eternity with three-bedroom apartments planned for the lower levels, spanning from 189 sqm to 214 sqm. 300 sqm half-floor sky homes will also be available, featuring four-bedrooms plus a multi-purpose room, along with two 597 sqm penthouses which will be set over two levels, complete with a rooftop terrace. 

Located at 14-18 Mary Avenue, view lines are set to be the main attraction at Eternity, with the eye travelling to the ocean over school grounds which will never be built out. 

“For those who are downsizing from a house in a suburb away from the beach or coming from city locations, views of the ocean are number one,” said Sarris.

“Having lived through the events of the past two years, the ability to sit outside, see the water, and walk to the beach or exercise along the foreshore are almost non-negotiable.”

Finishes in a classic coastal palette will reflect a laid back luxury beachside lifestyle, with wide engineered oak floorboards complementing natural stone bench tops, brushed metal tap ware, wool carpet, and timber veneer cabinetry.

Apartments are priced from $1,750,000 with Sales Agent, Andrew Ramsey suggesting Eternity is ticking the right boxes with buyers.

“Eternity was presented to the Kollosche database as well as those who purchased in Infinity,” Ramsey said. 

“Buyers have instantly seen the value of the location, size, and finishes on offer at Eternity.”
