“Through the evolution of our fashion labels SABO and Zaco, we have been lucky enough to travel the world, visiting luxurious locations and high-end homes, which has served as inspiration for our fashion ranges," Ature Group Director George Kouzoukas says.

"Sola is an organic extension of our commitment to exploring our creative abilities. Drawing from the same principles that have shaped our fashion house, we’re embarking on crafting living spaces where sophistication converges with innovation, weaving the artistry of design into the fabric of contemporary living.

“The aim for Sola was to create a beach house in the sky, under the same guiding influences. We have fused bespoke finishes and design with incredible protected views to deliver refined living for our clients, that reflect Broadbeach’s bold identity as the heart and soul of the Gold Coast."

Three of the apartments will be held for the SABO founders, underpinning their confidence in the project as a milestone development for Broadbeach in terms of luxury and lifestyle.
