Kelly Slater Wave Company, Consolidated Properties Group & Hutchinson Builders have all teamed up to present Surf Ranch Sunshine Coast - an unmatched surfing experience proposed for construction in Coolum.
The application for the exciting project is currently with the State Government for approval, and it would be incredible to see a project like this delivered in South East Queensland. If approved and constructed, the Surf Ranch would undoubtedly be a hot tourist attraction in the region.
The Surf Ranch would anchor a broader development precinct including a 6 star eco-lodge, event and training facilities and much more.
