Ashburton is soon to witness the rise of a rare and exclusive residential development that promises to elevate the area's real estate landscape.

Expert construction firm Hamilton Marino are well underway in construction of Chapter Ashburton, the boutique High Street project by KM Develop, the development arm of the investment and advisory firm KordaMentha.

The boutique project at 363-367 High Street comprises just 24 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, designed with the owner-occupier in mind, in a collaborative effort between Ewert Leaf and landscape architecture firm John Patrick

Steven Wong, KM Develop Managing Director, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, highlighting its significance for the area.

"Apartment projects of this quality do not exist in Ashburton," Wong says.

"The options for people to downsize within this area are very limited. People love living in Ashburton because of it's great vibe and strong sense of community. We saw an opportunity to fill a gap and to provide high quality apartments equal to those you see in Glen Iris, Malvern and Camberwell."

Throughout each home, Ewert Leaf's commitment to craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from natural stone surfaces to hardwood timber floors, the refined palette exudes both texture and timeless beauty, while premium fixtures and fittings, such as European appliances and brushed nickel tapware, add a touch of exclusivity to every apartment.

The façade's timeless aesthetic features an integration of greenery, creating a symmetrical grandeur that complements the surrounding streetscape, while tactile bricks and steel palisades have been utilised to ensure quality and longevity.

Internally, carefully selected finishes and warm tones create a neutral canvas for personalisation, while generous living areas, complemented by indoor-outdoor connections, are designed to accommodate modern lifestyles and embrace the abundance of natural light throughout.

The master bedrooms feature plush wool carpets and warm timber joinery, opening up to private balconies with green views over the terrace, while the ensuites continue the theme of luxury with organic feature tiles, expansive walk-in showers, and freestanding bathtubs in select apartments.

Set amidst the bustling heart of Ashburton Village, there's still a supply of two and three-bedroom apartments remaining in Chapter Ashburton, with floorplans spanning from 103 sqm to 294 sqm. The remaining apartments start from $850,000.
