The final release of apartments has launched to the market at Golden Age’s Glen Waverly project, Sky Garden.

Built atop The Glen, which has undergone a $500 million redevelopment, Sky Garden offers 536 apartments across three buildings, designed in collaboration with multi-award-winning architects, Rothelowman, with the interiors by DKO Architecture.

The final release launched to the market includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, created to suit a range of lifestyles and types, from growing families to downsizers and single professionals, with the one-bedders already sold out.

A relaxed sense of luxury fills every space, with seamless connections to the private gardens outside, along with panoramic views from the Dandenong Ranges to the Melbourne city skyline.

Set above the residences, a 4,000 sqm outdoor podium garden designed by Aspect Studios is unlike anything else in Australia, comparable in size to an inner-city botanic garden.

Residents will also benefit from a suite of resort-style amenities, including a relaxation zone, entertainment lounges, barbecue facilities, vegetable gardens, a designated children's play area, and outdoor fitness areas.

Sky Garden is also home to a fully-equipped gym, a luxe pool, designed to bask in natural light, an open plan yoga studio, a steam room, mah-jong room, a library, with a private lounge and fireplace, as well as two private function rooms, complete with kitchens, along with barbecue facilities on the adjoining terrace.
