Growland approach construction completion at Neue Grand apartment development on St Kilda Road
Growland Group's exclusive apartment development, Neue Grand, will set a new standard in prestige design, bringing elevated luxury and indulgence to modern living in Melbourne's arts and cultural heartland.
The development group has had Hacer Group construct the $120 million St Kilda Road apartment development, which is slated to complete later this year. They kicked off the build in late 2021.
Designed by the renowned Rothelowman, the building boasts a jewel-like form illuminated by natural light from the sky, city, and ocean. Nestled within landscaped gardens, Neue Grand complements St Kilda's surroundings, blending harmoniously with its leafy boulevard, modern towers, and grand mansions.
The uniqueness of Neue Grand lies in its prized residential collection and the southern hemisphere's first sky garage residences. The apartments will each feature a sky garage, allowing residents to park their cars in a glass garage next to their living room, with the innovative design placing the development on par with world-leading counterparts in Miami and Singapore. Spyre Group recently revealed sky garages at their Moray House development, the first time the trend has featured in Brisbane.
The 70-metre Neue Grand will comprise 18 whole-floor apartments, priced from $4.4 million, as well as a collection of dual-level penthouses.
Residents are greeted by a private lobby, reminiscent of five-star hotels around the world. Thoughtfully reimagined for residential use, the gallery-style proportions provide the ideal setting to showcase artwork, while floor-to-ceiling glass panels in the lounge area provide views across St Kilda Boulevard to the city and ocean beyond.
