Mirvac has been developing residential property across Australia for over five decades.

A huge focus in the last decade has been sustainability, which they've championed through their This Changes Everything initiative, while most recently the ASX-listed developer has diversified their portfolio by developing in the build to rent sector.

A key area of focus for Mirvac in recent years is how the end user will not only enjoy their apartment, but how much the development can cater for a resident's lifestyle.

Their latest apartment tower, Trielle at Yarra's Edge, the most highly coveted and exclusive residential tower in Mirvac's $1.2 billion masterplan on the Docklands waterfront, is arguably Mirvac's most facility-fuelled project to date.

There's are two spaces dedicated to working from home, The Biblioteca and The Mills Place Work From Home Pods. The Biblioteca, a library designed for peaceful reading and quiet work, occupies a quiet corner of Trielle overlooking the Promenade Grove.

The Mills Place Work From Home Pods are located on the ground floor and cater for further work, with dedicated office spaces and work pods, both available to book for either a few hours or a full day.

That's the 9-5 covered, and there's even more amenity for outside of work hours, or even a lunchtime given they can be just a lift away from the office.

Arguably the most impressive inclusion on Trielle's long amenity list is The Oasis Wellness Club, a verdant urban rainforest with a trickling stream located seven stories above the Yarra's Edge promenade.

Designed in collaboration with renowned luxury spa expert Naomi Gregory, The Oasis offers a blissful, Scandinavian-inspired wellness club.

Residents can regularly indulge in rejuvenating treatments such as facials, massages, and hydrotherapy, providing a tranquil and resort-like atmosphere.

Part of The Oasis is a biophilic gym, complete with state-of-the-art equipment, a yoga and pilates room, and a sauna.

Trielle also caters for post-work vibes. One of the most indulgent areas for this is The Salone Piano Bar.

The intimate space, with richly textured interiors and a north-facing riverfront view, sits just 14 metres from the river's edge and invites residents to unwind while listening to the sounds of a self-playing piano.

Adjacent to the Piano Lounge is the Chef's Table dining room, which sets the stage for elegant dinner parties.

It features a striking natural stone table and an impressive wine fridge. Residents can book the space through the dedicated concierge service.

A theatre room, golf simulator, a sunken fire pit area, and even a dedicated dog wash bay, complete the amenity.
