Caulfield North has recently welcomed a new architectural addition to its landscape with Olea, the new apartment development on Kambrook Road.

Designed by C&K Architecture, Olea was driven by the vision to seamlessly blend with the existing neighbourhood character while introducing a touch of luxury and individuality, with seven townhouses and 55 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments surrounding a central courtyard.

At the heart of the development, the central courtyard acts as a sanctuary, providing a green escape for the residents. Blessed with a northern aspect and considered landscape design, the courtyard creates a seamless indoor-outdoor transition for the apartments.

A key aspect of C&K Architecture's approach is the careful zoning of the interfaces, ensuring minimal disruption to the existing neighbourhood character. The townhouses are thoughtfully positioned along the street interface, blending into the streetscape.

This decision not only preserves the village feel of the area but also gives each component its own street access and unique address, creating a sense of individuality within the development.

The laneway interface has been designed to enhance accessibility and foster interaction with neighbouring developments. By integrating with the already established laneway network, Olea becomes an organic extension of the surrounding environment, contributing positively to the overall urban fabric.

Two and three-bedroom apartments are still available in the newly completed Olea, with prices starting from $779,500.
