Inside design trio's Ten to Twelve, Brighton apartments
When designing Hub Property Group's Ten to Twelve apartment development in Brighton, architect Paul Conrad envisioned the project to be a haven of thoughtful forms and confident materiality, with the design maximising the abundant natural light, spaciousness, and the inherent allure of Lindsay Street.
The now completed development of just 10 residences had the interiors crafted by interior design legend Miriam Fanning to exude warmth, depth, and sophistication.
Embracing a contemporary aesthetic while honouring timeless elements, the interiors offer a seamless blend of elegance and functionality, with materials such as natural stone adorning the spaces.
Collaborating alongside Conrad Architects and Mim Design was renowned landscaper Jack Merlo, who handled the greenery, and Cobild, who handled the construction.
Merlo has enveloped the building in a lush green embrace, connecting it with the canopy of plane trees that grace Lindsay Street, with the verdant courtyards, rooftop gardens, and a harmonious mix of evergreen and deciduous plantings contributing to a natural environment.
Quality is at the forefront of the development, with appliances boasting up to 5-year warranties and a 6-year building warranty for added peace of mind, while Brodware tapware and Miele appliances further enhance the luxurious experience throughout each.
