Lowe Living has experienced strong buyer demand in their Hampton project, Hampton Hill, since launching to market in early 2022.

With construction well underway, the development of just 29 apartments is now over 65 per cent sold, with only a limited number of two and three-bedroom apartments remaining. They are priced from $1.275 million.

The Hampton Street development has been designed by renowned architecture firm Woods Bagot, who have fused relaxed coastal living with the sophistication of the sought after suburb.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the homes achieve a 7.5-star energy rating, boasting a refined material palette of contemporary masonry and bronzed metal forms.

The interiors feature a harmony of light and space, as pale oak flooring, honed natural stone and bespoke joinery create a palette of earthy neutrals and bay inspired hues.

Each space has been designed to offer flexibility, with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, while also inviting an abundance of natural light in, in addition to capturing the coastal surroundings.

The living zones are connected to nature through a series of terrace planters, coastal grasses and cascading foliage in the outdoor spaces.

Residents of Hampton Hill will also have access to a range of exclusive amenities, including state-of-the-art fitness facilities, lush landscaped gardens, and communal spaces designed to foster a sense of community and connection.
