Just seven kilometres north-west of the Melbourne CBD, nestled amongst vast expanses of green open space and the iconic Moonee Valley Racecourse comes the mixed-use precinct, Mason Sq.

Marked by four distinct residential towers, Rise forms the final piece of the residential puzzle, with a collection of luxury penthouse-style skyhomes and residences.

Located in the heart of Moonee Ponds, Rise is a rare find, with all the one-bedroom apartments already sold out and only a limited number of two and three-bedroom floorplans remaining.

At 29 levels, the building offers some of the highest views north of the Melbourne CBD, connecting Moonee Ponds to the city skyline.

The tower begins at the podium level, with its reflective glass helping Rise to embrace its surroundings.

Many elements of the building’s exterior echoes the other buildings in the precinct through the use of similar metallic aspects such as copper, black metal accents and bronze glazing.

Internally, floor-to-ceiling glass invites an abundance of natural light to filter through each of the residences, while also allowing residents to benefit from sweeping views.

The rounded dimensions of the living areas are generous and harmonious, with special attention paid to the colour palette and timber-feature design, while the bathrooms are fitted out with a custom designed and personalised wall mounted basin, in an exclusive partnership with Omvivo.

In recent years Omvivo’s products have been selected for prominent projects including the award-winning Qatar Science and Technology Park, Sydney Opera House and Permira’s London headquarters, while also winning several Paris-based Design Awards as well as the Australian IDEA award and the 2011 Staron design award.

The 'Omvivo for Rise' basin is crafted from a solid surface which has a durable and easy to maintain smooth matt finish, with the building’s distinctive “R” logo lasered onto the basin, completing the customised nature of the apartments.

Rise also includes an exclusive suite of residential amenity, split across different sections in the building, beginning in the lobby, which is a connecting force linking the courtyard with the pedestrian laneway.

Residents will have access to Mason Garden, a half-acre of lush gardens and recreational areas. A new landscaped public thoroughfare linking Hall St and Homer St has also been incorporated into the precinct, with the urban plaza to be home to an array of eateries, pop-up markets and places to sit and relax.

Club Rise will find its home on level three of Rise, with the exclusive health and fitness destination including a fully equipped gym, along with a sauna and a yoga studio. Level three will also include an outdoor terrace, providing ample seating for residents to settle into.

Level four of Rise will include a suite of residential amenities as well.

Dubbed, Mason Terraces, the area will feature a private dining room and lounges, along with an indoor pool and spa as well as multiple barbecue facilities.

The established inner suburb is currently experiencing a boom in popularity, with its leafy streetscapes, landscaped parks and striking mix of architecture providing residents with the best of city life, whilst still maintaining an urban charm.

The suburb is a public transport hub and offers easy connectivity, while the expansive parklands and the Maribyrnong River offer an abundance of recreational opportunities including rowing and cycling.

The main urban village of Puckle St, will provide residents with everything from fresh produce and artisan bakeries to boutique fashions and designer wares, with the well-established and well-frequented strip close to the Mason Sq precinct.

Moonee Ponds is close to some of Melbourne’s finest primary and secondary schools and the nearby 59 tram runs directly to Melbourne University. Moonee Ponds offers sophisticated living on the edge of the city making it one of Melbourne’s most desirable addresses.
