“The piece that I’ve created for Due North is a snapshot of daily life in the Preston area. It contains traces of everyday city life with mixes of nature flowing through it, similar to that area of Melbourne”, Brogola said.

Offering 107 apartments, Due North is thoughtfully designed and inspired by the industrial past of Preston.

The façade features raw brickwork, exposed concrete, custom metalwork and glass.

“Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the apartments in sunlight, while the spacious balconies offer a sense of freedom”, the project marketing reads.

Other features of the apartments include timber flooring, reconstituted stone benchtops and the choice to include additional study or balcony sizes to match your needs.

5. Stunning views and great amenities

Due North offers residents the chance to make the most of Northside living, boasting rooftop space, a coworking area in the lobby and three retail spaces.

“There’s been a shift in the way we work, which has been reflected in the spaces we’ve designed for Due North”, said Giuditta de Santis, Caydon’s director of architecture and design.

The unique rooftop features a pool, an outdoor gym, yoga space, seating area and entertainment booths with barbeques.
