Melbourne's bayside area is known for its beaches, vibrant cafes and restaurants, and beautiful parks. It is a highly sought-after location that offers residents the perfect balance between urban and natural living.

Longstanding developer Sunkin Property Group recently completed the build of their bayside Brighton apartment development, 448 Brighton. And they're ready to open the doors to the public to sell the remaining apartments.

The grand opening this Saturday April 15th from 12pm to 4pm will showcase a number of display apartments, styled by Coco Republic and The Plant Society.

Canapes and cocktails will be served on the communal rooftop while special guest speakers Andrew Leoncelli from CBRE and Coco Republic discuss the project.

448 Brighton comprises just 20 apartments, including three penthouses that offer the epitome of refined living.

The creative name for 448 Brighton stemmed from both the address, 448 St Kilda Street, and its proximity to the beach, exactly 448 metres.

The project is located at the gateway to the Golden Mile and sits opposite Elsternwick Park.

448 Brighton has been crafted by the award-winning team of SJB Architects and Jack Merlo Landscape Architects. The focal point of the apartments are the central kitchens, which feature natural marble stone benchtops, kitchen appliances by Gaggenau and Bora, and Astra Walker eco brass finish tapware.

Each residence is thoughtfully designed to offer a house-sized layout and an abundance of natural light, creating spaces that elevate life and wellbeing.

The penthouses feature private expansive rooftop terraces, with established gardens by Jack Merlo, where residents can take in the water, park and Melbourne CBD views. The ground floor apartments feature individual private entries at street level.

CBRE Residential are handling the sales of the ready to move in apartments, where prices start from $1.4 million for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with one car space.

Two-bedroom apartments with two car spaces are priced from $1.74 million, while three-bed apartments start from just over $2 million.

There's a three-bedroom plus study space penthouse which is priced at $5.18 million. A four-bedroom penthouse comes with a price tag of $7.55 million. That offers a flexible fifth room, suitable for a home theatre or entertaining. Three parking spaces also come with the larger penthouse.
