Stonepine House, part of the $2 billion Moonee Valley Park development, is offering access to some of the best resident amenity in the masterplanned precinct, currently being developed alongside the renowned Moonee Valley Racecourse.

Residents at Stonepine House will have exclusive access to a wealth of amenities, which have been designed to feel like an extension of the residences by renowned architecture and design firms Rothelowman and landscape architect Tract.

The Entry

The statement entry makes residents feel like they are entering a high-end hotel, with a dedicated porte cochère and lobby.

A landscaped forecourt extends the public activity space of Stonepine Square, while also facilitating a gradual transition to the privacy of the lobby, with potted plantings, natural light and tactile finishes providing residents with a seamless journey from the surrounding leafy precinct to the comfort of the residences.

Clusters of plants along with tactile stone, timber and brickwork, bring the outside in, with the lobby featuring a library along with a discreetly positioned mail room, which includes parcel lockers, as well as the lift lobby that leads to the residences and underground parking.

The library lounge is designed as both an opportunity to mingle with the neighbours or a quiet escape. Timber bookshelves line the walls surrounding a central lounge appointed with pockets of tables and seating for socialising, co-working or curling up with a good book.

The space basks in the glow of a stone-surround fireplace, with steel and glass window partitions providing visual connections to the stone pines outside.

The Spaces

Stonepine House residents will have access to a private dining room to host friends and family outside of the apartment.

Finished in a palette of stone, oak and herringbone parquetry, the room becomes a sophisticated space for dinner parties, converting to a refined meeting room by day to extend working from home capabilities. The multimedia facilities allow for video conferencing and presentations, all enabled by free wifi.

Hobbyists and crafters don't need to clutter their apartments with their knick knacks and projects. That can be done in The Maker’s Studio. The workshop-style room is tailor made for those wanting to build and maintain.

The Wellness Sanctuary is one of the most impressive facilities in the development. Opening onto the Resident’s Garden, the Sanctuary is set in a lush rainforest setting bordered by floating decks. It features a glass walled room for yoga and meditation, along with a therapy room, and a fully-equipped gym.

Residents will have access to a rooftop pool and entertaining spaces in the neighbouring building. Complete with outdoor barbecue, pizza oven and panoramic vistas of the racetrack and the city skyline.

The Residents' App

The impressive private amenity spaces in Stonepine House can be booked through the Residents App which brings to life the curated neighbourhood.

Designed to enhance daily life, residents will also be able to control lighting, and air conditioning at the touch of a button, along with access to the 24/7 parcel lockers.

To accompany the digital convenience of the app, Stonepine House residents will enjoy the face to face service of a fully accessible concierge service in the neighbouring building’s welcoming lobby.

The Apartments

Two-bedroom apartments in Stonepine House, which start from 72 sqm and offer a parking space, are available from $650,000. Larger two-bedders, at 87 sqm, are for sale at $735,000.

The three-bedroom apartments start from $1,175,000, and offer 116 sqm of living space.

Buyers have a wide range of choice of configurations, some offering feature kitchen's with a butler's pantry, or a dedicated home office space.

Completion of the project is slated for early 2025.
