Melbourne's established suburb Camberwell offers perfect city-fringe living, with the CBD easily accessible through a number of transport mediums, while also offering a quiet place to live.

Apartment developer Beulah honed in on Camberwell's Toorak Road, a strip which runs all the way from the most easterly point of the suburb to the west.

Beulah opted to be as close to the action as possible, grabbing a site at 890 Toorak Road, near the intersection of Toorak Road and Burke Road, the equally amenity-rich street which runs up to Camberwell Station.

On the site they had Elenberg Fraser design an owner-occupier, downsizer focused building with just 12 house-sized residences. The three-level building Provenance Camberwell, was completed in mid-2022.

Only two three-bedroom apartments remain in the ready to move in building, a ground floor apartment with 177 sqm of living space and a private courtyard, and a 244 sqm penthouse with additional terraces.

Residents of Provenance literally step out onto Toorak Road and they're met with convenience, whether it's public transport into the city or retail and dining options.

Camberwell's thriving retail precinct, one of Melbourne's oldest shopping strips, is home to several antique, fashion, and homeware boutiques, including well-known establishments like The Well and George's.

Toorak Road is lined with various cuisine restaurants, bakeries, cafes and bars. Some of the closest options from the property are The Pizza Co, Rama Thai, The Bakers Wife, and Squires Loft Camberwell.

Residents are also just 10 minutes away from the bustling Burke Road and the Tooronga Village Shopping Centre.

The iconic eight-screen multiplex Rivoli Cinemas, a five-minute drive from the heart of Camberwell, offers a premium location for a night out at the movies.

Camberwell is also home to many lush parks, reserves and playgrounds, such as Anderson Park, Gardiners Creek Trail, Lewin Reserve and Burke Road South Reserve Playground—all within two kilometres from north and south of Provenance.

Provenance Camberwell is among the neighbourhood’s best schools, including Camberwell Grammar School and Camberwell Girls Grammar School.
