One of Australia's premier municipalities, the City of Stonnington comprises Melbourne's inner-south-eastern suburbs. 

Known for its leafy streets and good schools, the region also has beautiful new properties entering the market for luxury buyers. 

Stonnington suburbs have a long history of outperforming the average capital growth in Melbourne, according to Michael Yardney.
