Developer Spark Projects is on track to complete the construction of Triple 1 Residences, their boutique Elsternwick apartment development of just 10 apartments.

Only three two-bedroom apartments remain in Triple 1, which has been sought-after by homeowners who have wanted convenience at their fingertips. 

The Finnis Architects-designed building on Gardenvale Road is ideally located near several cafes, wine bars, and retail, while also just 300 metres from Gardenvale Train Station, which will take residents to the Melbourne CBD in around half an hour.

On the doorstep of Triple 1 is Omar and The Marvelous Coffee Bird, while a three-minute walk down Martin Street is King Prawn Seafood & Grill, Italian restaurant Fox in the Box, Escargot Bakery, and Grape and Grocer. The Brighton Bay Medical Centre and several health clinics are on the adjacent block.

Finnis Architects created a striking façade with modern lines to make Triple 1 stand out from the streetscape. The apartments feature kitchens with Miele appliances and Franke and Phoenix Tapware.
