The latest development from Hallmarc, Vista Apartments, delivers an attractive new residence to owner-occupiers looking for an apartment in Melbourne’s Bayside.

With more than 93 per cent of the sold apartments belonging to owner-occupiers, it’s no question that the Highett project is favourable among this group.

“At Vista, we have focused the design specifically to the owner-occupier market which has been very well received”, Hallmarc’s CEO Michael Loccisano said.

The project is the second stage of the Kingston Park master-planned community delivered by Hallmarc, combining convenience with comfort.

Architecturally designed, the project offers a range of floorplans and sizes across its 154 two-bedroom residences.

“Apartment living requires more thought as to how it's configured and we’ve incorporated just that - larger layouts, dedicated home office areas and open plan living, creating bright and welcoming spaces”, said Loccisano.

Designed with timber flooring, plenty of storage and European appliances, the project boasts contemporary features while “retaining an enviable cosiness”, the project marketing reads.

Residents can also make use of numerous resort-style amenities, including a residents-only indoor heated pool, fully-equipped gym and exclusive outdoor communal spaces.

Open, green spaces are said to add value to any new development, with Sir William Fry Reserve at your doorstep and manicured gardens, large courtyards and informal outdoor seating, Vista has it all.

“Beyond Vista is the wonderful suburb of Highett where you have everything at your doorstep. It is a bustling area with a strong sense of community and so much to offer.” Loccisano told Urban.

The bustling Highett and adjoining Bayside suburbs offer a strong sense of community and an abundance of lifestyle amenities.

Residents at Vista will have convenient access to the beach, extensive parklands, cafés, bars and fitness options.
