Botannica 3 Construction Update

Botannica 3 is due for completion in early/mid-2020 with works currently underway on both the hotel and strata office building that stand side by side.

Work is underway on the 168 hotel suites that have sizes beginning at 24 square metres.

The office building features 6,000 square metres with over 73 strata-titled suites and 135 car park spaces

The seven level building with cover approximately 14,400 square metres.

Who is building Botannica 3?

Botannica 3 is being developed by Growthpoint Properties; an ASX listed real estate investment trust who focus on the industrial, office and retail sectors. 

The buildings have been designed by Gray Puksand Architects who conceived the 20,000 square metres of A-Grade office space designed to be split over two buildings. They have achieved a 5 Star NABERS rating with their work on Botanicca.

Construction is being handled by Hacer, a fully integrated design and construct service who focus on end-to-end property design and construction. They are experts at creating cost-efficient developments with a high standard, delivered on time. They also handle construction management, design and construct and project management and project development packaging.
