Level 4 of the podium includes the City Rise amenities with a wine cellar and wine tasting room, cigar bar, karaoke room, home theatre, billiard room, table tennis room, mah jong room, caterers kitchen and library. Level 5 contains the 25 metre swimming pool, sauna and spa, two private dining rooms with kitchens, a private garden terrace and a child care centre which is rarely seen in residential developments.
