Corsa Mortlake luxury apartments approved
The iCIRT-rated luxury builder developer Made Property has been given the green light to proceed with Corsa Mortlake, their absolute waterfront residential community on Sydney Harbour's Majors Bay.
Corsa Mortlake, on one of Mortlake Point's last remaining foreshore development sites and the last significant parcel of land at the end of Tennyson Road, will comprise just 20 three-bedroom residences and a private marina berth.
Drawing inspiration from the Italian Riviera, Corsa Mortlake offers the ultimate in waterfront luxury, privacy and exclusivity with only one or two home-sized apartments sharing the lobby.

As part of the development, the boardwalk which fronts the project will be extended as part of the Canada Bay Council Foreshore Access Strategy, which aims to improve and increase access to the beautiful foreshore areas around Canada Bay.
