Rainbow Bay penthouse sold for record price per sqm
A two-level penthouse apartment at Chapter Two Group's Holm Rainbow Bay development has sold for $4.5 million, setting what is believed to be a new record for a non-beachfront development.
The penthouse at Holm on Eden Avenue was bought by a Sydney buyer amid strong interest in the project, which has recently topped enquiry and sales for the southern Gold Coast region.
The penthouse will feature three bedrooms, two decks, and a rooftop terrace with outdoor dining and spa.
Chapter Two Director Jon Quayle said the sale was believed to be the highest square metre rate achieved for a non-waterfront or front row apartment in the sought-after enclave. The 246 sqm apartment represented an internal price per sqm of $24,590.
