National apartment developer Kokoda Property were very strategic in their acquisition of the site for their latest Brisbane apartment development, Ruby Ruby.

Having already completed Chester & Ella and The Ambrose in Newstead, Kokoda stayed near the river, but ventured much closer to the city.

They snapped up a site in Milton, which has quickly garnered attention for its quirky cafe and brewery scene attracting young professionals.

Brisbane’s first outdoor café strip is located a stone's throw away on Park Road, with Bunker Coffee open for breakfast and Arrivederci Pizza a popular lunchtime spot.

Milton boasts a vibrant cultural scene, with shopping and entertainment options at Rosalie Village, The Barracks at Petrie Terrace, and the Caxton Street entertainment precinct. Additionally, the lively Milton Markets are just one block away from Ruby Ruby, which will no doubt be a weekend hotspot.

Residents will be walking distance to Milton's iconic XXXX Brewery, Milton Common, Tuk Tuk Restaurant & Bar, Newstead Brewery, and Brewski Bar.

Residents will be surrounded by abundant green space, bikeways and the Brisbane River, with can play sports in Milton Park and Frew Park or stroll down the river in no time. Other popular parks and playgrounds nearby are Dunmore Park, Paddington Skatepark, Roma Street Parkland, Wickham Park and E.E. McCormick Place on the waterfront.

Sport fans will also be at home with Suncorp just 750 metres away.

Families are expected to take interest in some of the larger apartments at Ruby Ruby, to be able to stay in a connected neighbourhood near good schools. Milton State School, Hubbard's School, and Brisbane Grammar School are within 600 metres of Ruby Ruby, while Queensland University of Technology is only an eight-minute drive away.
