It was 2015 when OSK Property announced it was to develop a $2.8 billion community on a prime two-hectare site in Melbourne's Southbank, the largest precinct ever proposed in the popular suburb south of the Yarra.

BLVD, which is expected to complete in early 2027, will sit within an already established community. OSK started their work on the Hoff Boulevard site in 2017, and to show for it have the completed East and West Towers, the sprawling Kennedy Park, and extensive retail within the development. 

The retail component was bought by PrimeWest for $70 million back in 2020, a major transaction before it was completed which highlighted the level of quality OSK was putting together. As well as the Woolworths, there's an adjoining BWS, Pacific Asian grocery store, the 10 Hoff Café, an 87-place childcare centre, and more still to come.

Kennedy Park was created to act as a natural escape from busy city life. It features extensive established gardens and a waterfall, so residents can connect with nature.

BLVD sits at the heart of the masterplan, located on the fringe of Melbourne's famed Arts Precinct.
